View the Stockyard Using a Timeline View

Security Note: You need the Allow stockyard maintenance security right in the Supply Chain user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Stockyard.
  2. Select the Time View tab.

    The Criteria field group has a left and right arrow button to move the current view back one day and forward one day. The Display Date is used to set the starting date of display for both the timeline and bird's eye view. The Number of Days field defines range of the view. This can be adjusted up to 120 days.

    The colour defined for the product contained within the stockpile is used to display the stockpile.

    If more than one stockpile exists across the same metre marks for the same time period, the collision is indicated by the Stockpile Collision icon Stockyard Collision icon.

  3. Specify Timeline View Settings to adjust the display.
  4. To zoom the image, right-click the image and select Zoom to Fit, Zoom In or Zoom Out from the menu as required.
  5. To print the image:
    1. Right-click the image and select Print from the menu.
    2. Select the printer and printer settings as required.
  6. To save the image:
    1. Right-click the image and select Save Image to File from the menu.
    2. Enter the name of the destination file.
    3. Click Save.
  7. To edit a stockpile in the stockyard, right-click the stockpile and select Edit Stockpile from the menu.

    The FIFO Stockpile, LIFO Stockpile or WAG Stockpile displays.
