View Production and Demand Plan Data by Process Flow

This activity is only applicable if:

• A production and demand plan has planned production amounts for the process flow or movement flow.
• The production and demand plan is configured for the same product as the source or destination of the process flow or movement flow.

Security Note: Assuming you can view the process flow or movement flow, no specific security right is required for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Process Flow or Movement Flow.
2. To view the data as a table:
   1. Select the Planning vs Actual tab.

      The Movements field group displays data for all production and demand plans that include the process flow or movement flow.

      Note: The Planned Movements and Actual Movements are in the unit of measure specified as the Plan UOM in the general settings for that plan.

   2. Update the Start Date and End Date in the View Dates field group if required.
   3. To filter the plans displayed by product, check or uncheck each Product in the Products field group as required.
   4. To filter the plans displayed, check or uncheck each Plan in the Plans field group as required.
3. To view the data as a chart:
1. Select the Chart tab.
2. Update the Start Date and End Date in the View Dates field group if required.
3. To modify the appearance of the chart:
   1. Right-click the chart and select Show Wizard from the menu.

      The Chart Wizard displays.

   2. Select the Series tab.
   3. Select which series to display on the chart.
   4. Edit other chart properties as required.
   5. Click Accept.
4. To save the chart as a BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG or TIFF image, right-click the chart and select Save To File from the menu.
