View the Plan Worksheet

Security Note: Assuming you can view the plan, no specific security right is required for this activity; however, you need the Allow planning maintenance security right in the Planning domain security rights group to display the Plan Detail icon.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Plan.
  2. Select the Worksheet tab.
  3. Enter the following search criteria as required.
    • Start Date—Default: First day of the current month, or the Plan Start Date, whichever is later.
    • End Date—Default: Three months after the default worksheet Start Date, or the Plan End Date, whichever is earlier.
  4. Select whether to Include Actuals Or Display Planned Only. Select from:
    • Include Actuals—Actual transactions are included for the current and previous planning periods, and the Initial Stock row (if within the display date range) displays the actual quantities of the plan products at the active stockpiles within the locations, as at the plan's start date.
    • Display Planned Only—Actual transactions are not included, and the Initial Stock row (if within the display date range) displays the quantities as specified on the Initial Stock tab.
  5. Click Search or press F3.
  6. To display or hide despatch order rows, right-click the plan and select Toggle Demand Rows from the menu.
  7. To modify the order of the demand columns:
    1. Right-click the plan and select Set Demand Column Order from the menu.

      The Demand Column Ordering screen displays.

    2. Select Use Custom Column Order.
    3. Select a column name and click Move First, Move Up, Move Down or Move Last as required.
    4. Click OK.
    5. Close and reopen the plan to apply the new column ordering.
  8. To display more detail about each product, click the Plan Detail icon next to Fulfillment Location.

    The display toggles, displaying or hiding the starting, incoming and outgoing product that exists at the other configured process flows and locations.
