Configure Supply and Demand Plan Analyte Groups

Security Note: You need the Allow Supply and Demand Plan Configuration security right in the Planning domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the SD Plan Configuration screen.
2. Select the Analyte Groups tab.
3. To create an analyte group:
   1. Right-click in the Analyte Groups field group and select New Analyte Group from the menu.
   2. Update the name of the analyte group node if required.
4. To add an analyte to an analyte group:
   1. Right-click an analyte group and select Add Analyte from the menu.
   2. Expand the Analyte Definitions node.
   3. Select the analyte.

      Note: You can also drag individual analytes and analyte groups from the Quality panel of the Solution Explorer to the analyte group on the Analyte Groups tab.

5. To reorder how the analyte groups or analytes display on the Whiteboard tab of the supply and demand plan, right-click the analyte group or analyte and select Move First, Move Up, Move Down or Move Last from the menu as required.
6. To sort analyte groups alphabetically, right-click in the Analyte Groups field group and select Sort Analyte Groups by Name from the menu.
7. To sort analytes alphabetically within a product group, right-click the analyte group or an analyte within the group and select Sort Analytes for <name of group> by Name from the menu.
8. Click Save.
