Respond to an External Changes Prompt for Refresh

An external changes prompt for refresh displays if any data affecting the Whiteboard tab of the supply and demand plan has been changed (and saved) by another user.

This activity is only applicable if object change notification has been enabled on the server. See the MineMarket Installation Guide for further information.

Note: Assuming you can view the plan, no specific security right is required for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the SD Plan.
2. If the prompt "The plan is out of date and needs to be refreshed." displays while viewing or editing the supply and demand plan:
   1. Click Refresh.

      A prompt for confirmation displays.

   2. Click Yes.

      The SD Plan reloads with the refreshed data.

      Important: All changes made since the last save will be lost. This includes changes made on other MineMarket screens, even if they have been closed. Saving work frequently is advisable to minimise the loss of data if a refresh is required.
