Compare Planned Movements with Actual Transactions

Security Note: You need the Allow planned movement modifications security right in the Planning domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Planned Movements screen for the location or process flow.
2. Select the Planned V Actual tab.
3. Enter the search criteria:
   1. Select the Start Date and End Date.
   2. Select the method to Group By if required. Select from Nothing, Process Flow, Source Stockpile, Destination Stockpile and Product.
   3. Select the Date Period from Shift, Day, Week, Fortnight and Month.
   4. If the Date Period is Shift, select the Shift from the shifts defined on the Supply Chain panel of the Solution Explorer.
4. Click Search or press F3.

   The aggregated planned movements and actual transactions display as a table and a chart.

5. To modify the appearance of the chart:
   1. Right-click the chart and select Show Wizard from the menu.

      The Chart Wizard displays.

   2. Edit the chart properties as required.
   3. Click Accept.
6. To save the chart as a BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG or TIFF image, right-click the chart and select Save To File from the menu.
