Set up a Waste Reconciliation Editor

Security Note: You need the Allow waste reconciliation maintenance security right in the Reconciliation user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

  1. Select the Supply Chain panel in the Solution Explorer.
  2. Expand the Reconciliation node.
  3. Right-click a waste reconciliation category and select New » Waste Reconciliation Editor from the menu.

    The Waste Reconciliation Editor (configuration) screen displays.

  4. Update the Name if required.
  5. Complete the following fields.
    • Default Start Date—Default first date for the waste reconciliation to be run.
    • Period—Period of time after which the waste reconciliation is to be run after the first time it is run.
    • Number Of Periods—Number of times the waste reconciliation is to be run after the first time it is run.
    • Location—Select from the locations defined on the Supply Chain panel of the Solution Explorer.
    • Location Type—Select from:
      • Source—Transactions included in the reconciliation are those where the Location is the source location for the selected Process Flows.
      • Destination—Transactions included in the reconciliation are those where the Location is the destination location for the selected Process Flows.
    • Process Flows—If the Reconciliation Type is Waste, select from the waste process flows defined on the Supply Chain panel of the Solution Explorer. If the Reconciliation Type is Mining, select from the process flows defined on the Supply Chain panel of the Solution Explorer.
    • Contractors—Select from the organisations and companies defined on the Organisations panel of the Solution Explorer and that have the Organisation Role of Truck Owners.
    • Assigned User Groups—Select from the user groups defined on the Supply Chain panel of the Solution Explorer.
  6. Click Save.
