Create a Transport Operator

Security Note: You need the Allow transport operator maintenance security right in the Transport domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Select the Transport panel in the Solution Explorer.
2. Expand the Transport Operators node.
3. Right-click a transport operator category under Vessel Operators, Barge Operators, Truck Operators or Train Operators, and select New » Transport Operator from the menu.

   The Transport Operators screen displays.

4. Complete the following fields as required.
   • Name
   • Title
   • Description
   • Operator Status—Select from the Operator Status list items defined in the List Editor.
   • Comments
   • Active
5. Click Save.
