Set up a Truck Category

Trucks must belong to a truck category or sub-category.

Security Note: You need the Allow truck despatch maintenance security right in the Trucks domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Select the Transport panel in the Solution Explorer.
2. Expand the Trucks node.
3. Perform one of the following steps:
   1. To set up a top-level truck category, right-click the Truck Categories node and select New » Truck Category from the menu.
   2. To set up a truck sub-category, right-click a truck category and select New » Truck Category from the menu.
4. Update the name of the truck category node if required.
5. Click Save.
