Define Vessel Conditions

Security Note: You need the Allow vessel maintenance security right in the Vessels domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Bulk Vessel.
2. Select the Vessel Conditions tab.
3. Select the Suitability To Load state. Select from:
   • Suitable
   • Suitable With Restrictions
   • Not Suitable
4. Enter a description of Vessel Conditions if required.
5. To add a vessel restriction:
   1. Right-click in the Vessel Restrictions table and select New from the menu.
   2. Complete the following fields as required.
      • Applicable Date
      • Expiry Date
      • Comments
6. Select the Next Inspection Date if required.
7. To add a vessel inspection:
   1. Right-click in the Vessel Inspections table and select New from the menu.
   2. Complete the following fields as required.
      • Inspection Date
      • Port
      • Comments
8. Click Save.
