Associate a Shipment with a Truck Despatch

This activity can facilitate direct loading between the truck despatch and shipment. See Direct Loading Between Despatches.

Security Note: You need the Allow truck despatch maintenance security right in the Trucks domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Truck Despatch.
2. Click the ellipsis (...) next to Shipment.

   The Shipments screen displays.

3. Enter a Start Date and End Date. The search filters by the shipment's Activated Date, which is the ATA or ETA of the vessel at the first location in the ship route.
4. Click Search.

   The search results display the available combinations of shipments and despatch orders that are within the date range.

5. Select the required combination of shipment and despatch order.
6. Click OK.

   The Shipments screen closes and MineMarket updates the Bulk Vessel, Despatch Order and Nominated Product for the truck despatch.

7. Click Save.
