Associate a Shipment with a Service Trip

This activity can facilitate direct loading between the service trip and shipment. See Direct Loading Between Despatches.

Security Note: You need the Allow barge service trip maintenance security right in the Barge Despatches domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Service Trip.
2. Enter a Start Date and End Date for the search for shipments. The search filters by the shipment's Activated Date, which is the ATA or ETA of the vessel at the first location in the ship route.
3. Select the Shipment from the shipments within the date range.

   The Bulk Vessel associated with the shipment displays.

4. Select the Despatch Order from the despatch orders associated with the shipment if required.

   The Nominated Product associated with the despatch order displays.

5. Click Save.
