Accept or Reject Vessel Nominations

Security Note: You need the Allow vessel authorisation on shipments security right in the Shipments domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps (via the Shipment Explorer)

1. Open the Shipment Explorer.
2. Select the Vessel Nominations tab.

   The latest vessel nomination for each shipment displays.

3. Complete the following fields for the required vessel nominations.
   • Authorised State—Select from None, Tentative, Accepted and Rejected.
   • Notes
4. Click Save.

Activity Steps (via the Shipment)

1. Open the Shipment.
2. Select the Conditions sub-tab of the Itinerary tab.
3. Complete the following fields for the most recent vessel nomination.
   • Authorised State—Select from None, Tentative, Accepted and Rejected.
   • Authorised Date
   • Notes
4. Click Save.
