Assign Despatches to a Lot Despatch

Security Note: You need the Allow lot despatch maintenance security right in the Lot Despatches domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Lot Despatch.
2. Select the Despatches tab.
3. Update the Start Date and End Date in the search criteria as required. The date range limits the search to despatches with an ATA or ETA in that date range at the Despatch Location.
4. Click Search or press F3.

   Note: Despatches that have a despatch order are excluded from the search results. You should add the despatch order to the whole lot despatch, not to individual despatches within the lot despatch.

5. Check Selected for each despatch to assign to the lot despatch.
6. Click Save.
