Delete Despatches from a Lot Despatch

Deleting a despatch also deletes all route point information, bulk transactions, discrete unit movements, tonnage corrections, draft surveys and related samples and certificates.

Security Note: You need the Allow lot despatch maintenance security right in the Lot Despatches domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Lot Despatch.
2. Select the Despatches tab.
3. Find the despatch.
4. To delete an individual despatch, right-click the despatch and select Delete from the menu.
5. To delete multiple despatches:
   1. To select (that is, highlight) multiple consecutive despatches:
      1. Click the first despatch.
      2. Press and hold down the Shift key.
      3. Click the last despatch.
   2. To select (that is, highlight) multiple non-consecutive despatches:
      1. Click the first despatch.
      2. Press and hold down the Ctrl key.
      3. Click each of the other despatches.
   3. Right-click one of the selected despatches and select Delete from the menu.
6. Confirm the deletion of all related data.
7. Click Save.
