Contract Templates

A contract template defines basic contract details and a set of contract terms that can be used to simplify the creation of sales or purchase contracts.

The contract template may define pricing details for both product pricing and analyte pricing, even though a contract based on the template can only have one pricing basis.

A contract template can be used to set various defaults; for example:

• Whether the contract pricing basis may be changed from By Product to By Analyte
• Whether contract charges and contract taxes are not permitted, optional or required
• Whether price sharing, price participation and refining charge entry can be included for payable analytes
• The contractual source and destination
• Whether partial invoicing is allowed
• Whether costs are reininvoiced
