Set up a Contract Template Category

Contract templates can belong to a contract template category or sub-category.

Security Note: You need the Allow contract maintenance security right in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Select the Organisations panel in the Solution Explorer.
2. Expand the Contract Templates node.
3. Perform one of the following steps:
   1. To set up a top-level contract template category, right-click the Contract Templates node and select New » Contract Template Category from the menu.
   2. To set up a contract template sub-category, right-click a contract template category and select New » Contract Template Category from the menu.
4. Update the name of the contract template category node if required.
5. Click Save.
