Specify the Ownership of an Organisation or Company

The holding company is really just the owner of a company. Each organisation and company can be defined as multi-owned, with the percentage breakdown of the ownership being specified, rather than a simple hierarchy of Holding Company » Companies » Districts.

Security Note: For an organisation, you need the Allow organisation maintenance security right in the Organisations domain security rights group for this activity. For a company, you need the Allow company maintenance security right in the Organisations domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Organisation or Company.
2. Select the Ownership tab.
3. Add organisations as required:
   1. Right-click and select Add from the menu.
   2. Expand the Organisations or Internal Companies tree and select the organisation.
4. Enter the Percentage Ownership of each organisation. The total must equal 100%.
5. Click Save.
