Delete a Payment or Refund

If a payment has been reversed, you must delete the reversal before you can delete the original payment.

Security Note: For payments, you need the Allow the user to maintain payments security right in the Payments user group security rights group for this activity. For refunds, you need the Allow the user to maintain refunds security right in the Payments user group security rights group.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Payment Explorer.
2. Find the payment or refund to be deleted. See Find Payments and Refunds.
3. Right-click the payment or refund and select Delete from the menu.
4. Click Save.
