View the Transactions for a Toll Account

Warehousing must be enabled in the server settings for toll account transactions to be displayed. See Enable Warehousing.

The Bill of Lading Date must be specified on the despatch orders in order for the toll transaction date to be determined. See Edit Despatch Order Details.

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to view the Toll Accounts screen security right in the Menu user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Toll Accounts screen.
  2. Select the toll account category in the Toll Account Categories field group.
  3. Select the toll account in the Toll Accounts field group.
  4. Select the Transactions tab.
  5. To limit the transactions by a date range:
    1. Enter the Start Date and End Date in the Criteria field group.
    2. Click Refresh.
  6. The toll account transactions display with the following read-only fields:
    • Transaction Date—The transaction date of the tolling transaction into or out of the toll account. This the same as the Bill of Lading Date, which must be specified on the despatch order.
    • Available Date—The availability date of the material in the transaction. Not applicable to toll returns or toll pricing. For material that is added to a toll account through the invoicing process, the availability date is as specified on the Tolling Details node of contract or as overridden in the despatch order.
    • Organisation
    • Despatch Order
    • Contract
    • Stockpile
    • Despatch—The despatch displays for:
      • Direct transactions (for example, toll returns)
      • Transactions related to despatch orders
    • Quantity—Amount of material transferred in the transaction, in the nominated unit of measure.
    • Balance—Balance of material in the toll account after the transaction.
