    • Costs in despatch order snapshots

If checked, and if Include Quota Snapshots is checked, cost items from quota balance snapshots are also included.

If unchecked, only revenue items are included in the report.

  10. Select whether to Include Quota Snapshots. The contract quota balance is calculated as:
Quota Required Quantity – Sum of Despatch Order Quantities

However, if the sum of despatch order quantities is greater than the minimum quantity of the quota, the balance is considered to be zero. If no minimum quantity is specified for the quota, the balance is zero once the sum of despatch order quantities exceeds the required quantity of the quota.

If checked, and if Include Freight/Service Costs is checked, both revenue and cost items from the quota balance snapshot are included in the report.

If checked, but Include Freight/Service Costs is unchecked, only revenue items from the quota balance snapshot are included.
