Duplicate a Hedge Position

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to maintain hedge actions security right in the Accounting user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Hedging Explorer.
2. Select the Hedge Actions tab.
3. Find the hedge position to be duplicated.
4. Right-click the hedge position and select Duplicate from the menu.

   The Duplicate Hedge Action screen displays.

5. Enter the Number Of Duplicates to create.
6. Click OK.

   Note: If the original hedge position has despatch orders or quotas allocated to it, this allocation is not inherited by the new hedge positions.

   New hedge positions are not locked, even if the original hedge position is locked.

   New hedge positions are not allocated to any hedge action group, even if the original hedge position is in a group.

7. Click Save.
