Create a Hedge Revaluation Stream

A hedge revaluation stream must belong to a revaluation category or sub-category. See Set up a Revaluation Category.

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to view hedge revaluations and Allow the user to maintain hedge revaluations security rights in the Intelligent Reporting domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Select the Reporting panel in the Solution Explorer.
2. Expand the Revaluation Categories node.
3. Right-click a revaluation category and select New » Hedge Revaluation Stream from the menu.

   The Hedge Revaluation Stream displays.

4. Update the name of the revaluation stream node if required.
5. Complete the following fields to limit the hedge revaluations in the hedge revaluation stream.
   • Contract Types—Select from Futures, Swaps, Spread and Options.
   • Markets—Select from the markets defined in the Market/Commodity Editor.
   • Commodities—Select from the commodities defined in the Market/Commodity Editor.
   • Districts—Select from the districts defined on the Organisations panel of the Solution Explorer.
   • Organisations—Select from the organisations and companies defined on the Organisations panel of the Solution Explorer.
   • Statuses—Select from the statuses defined in the Hedge Options, Hedge Futures, Hedge Spread and Hedge Swaps status definitions. If the hedge revaluation is limited by contract type, only applicable statuses display for selection.
6. Click Save.
