Unlock a Hedge Revaluation

Unlocking a hedge revaluation also unlocks the valuations and settlements. However, these valuations and settlements still cannot be deleted via the Hedging Explorer. To delete the valuations and settlements, clear the hedge revaluation. See Clear the Hedge Positions in a Hedge Revaluation.

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to view hedge revaluations and Allow the user to maintain hedge revaluations security rights in the Intelligent Reporting domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Hedge Revaluation.
2. Select the Journals tab.
3. Delete any existing journal entries.
4. Select the Hedge Revaluation tab.
5. Uncheck Locked.

   The hedge revaluation is unlocked and can be edited and rerun.

6. Click Save.
