Daily Production Report

The Daily Production report displays a summary of the material moved across selected process flows per shift for a range of dates.

The report is designed to work best with a limited number of process flow sources and destinations, in order for data to be displayed on a single page. Shifts must be configured. The process flows must have a default shift definition and a sample template with at least one analyte.

The report definition is stored in the DailyProduction.xml file.

Parameters

The Daily Production report contains the following default parameters:

Name

Default Type

Required

Description

Start Date

Date/time picker

Y

Limits the Process Flows parameter to process flows with at least one transaction => this value.

End Date

Date/time picker

Y

Limits the Process Flows parameter to process flows with at least one transaction <= this value.

Analyte

Single-select list

Y

Limits the Process Flows parameter to process flows with this analyte in the sample template.

Process Flows

Multi-select list

Y

Limits the report to the selected process flows.

Report View

The Daily Production report has four sections:

  1. Date and Shift Selector
  2. Logo
  3. Header
  4. Transaction Summary
  5. Footer

Date and Shift Selector

A panel at the left of the report lists all dates within the date range. Each date can be expanded to display the shifts. Selecting a date or shift displays data in the main report.

The logo is retrieved from the organisation or company specified as the Logo Organisation for the BTLogo data table in the report configuration.

If no Logo Organisation is selected, the logo is retrieved from the organisation or company with an Alias2 of 'SITE'. If no such organisation or company exists, or if the organisation or company with Alias2 of 'SITE' does not contain a logo, the Datamine logo displays on the report.

The header includes the report title, parameter values and the selected date and shift.

Transaction Summary

The transaction summary displays as a matrix table. All quantities are converted to metric tonnes. Weighted average analyte qualities are in the default unit of measure of the analyte.

Column

Description

Type

The type of the truck assigned to the transaction, if applicable.

Truck

The truck assigned to the transaction, if applicable.

Source Location

A row for each stockpile at the source location, and a total row.

If process flows with different source locations are selected, each source location displays as a group of rows.

Destination Location

A column for each stockpile at the destination location.

If process flows with different destination locations are selected, each destination location displays as a group of columns. Because the page size is limited, a maximum of four destination stockpiles is recommended.

Within each destination stockpile column, the following data displays for each source stockpile and total row:

  • Count of transactions
  • Quantity of material moved
  • Weighted average quality of the selected analyte

Total

The total column displays the following data for each row:

  • Count of transactions
  • Quantity of material moved
  • Weighted average quality of the selected analyte

The footer displays on every page. The footer includes the report run date and time, the version, the page number, and the total number of pages.
