Mine Source Status Report
The Mine Source Status report displays the number of expected tonnes, extracted tonnes, balance and analyte quality for selected mine sources within a date range.
The report definition is stored in the MineSourceStatus.xml file.
Parameters
The Mine Source Status report contains the following default parameters:
Name |
Default Type |
Required |
Description |
---|---|---|---|
Start Date |
Date/time picker |
Y |
Determines the mine sources to include in the report (where Opening Date >= this value). |
End Date |
Date/time picker |
N |
Determines the mine sources to include in the report (where Opening Date <= this value). |
Business Area |
Single-select list |
N |
Limits the report to the selected business area and determines the items available in the Location drop-down list. If no business area is selected, the report includes all mine sources. |
Location |
Multi-select list |
N |
Limits the report to the selected locations. If no location is selected, the report includes all mine sources within the selected business area. |
Mine Source |
Multi-select list |
N |
Limits the report to the selected mine sources. If no mine source is selected, the report includes all mine sources at the selected locations. |
Product |
Multi-select list |
N |
Limits the report to mine sources with the selected products at the selected date. If no products are selected, the report includes all selected mine sources regardless of their product in the selected date range. If the option No Product is selected, mine sources without a product in the selected date range are included. (This allows for combinations such as reporting on mine sources with copper ore plus mine sources without a specified product.) |
Analyte Group |
Single-select list |
N |
The analyte group to report on. A maximum of five analytes can be displayed in the report. If no analyte group is selected, no analytes display in the report. |
Report View
The Mine Source Status report is made up of three sections:
- Logo
- Parameters
- Main Report
Logo
The logo is retrieved from the organisation or company specified as the Logo Organisation for the BTLogo data table in the report configuration.
If no Logo Organisation is selected, the logo is retrieved from the organisation or company with an Alias2 of 'SITE'. If no such organisation or company exists, or if the organisation or company with Alias2 of 'SITE' does not contain a logo, the Datamine logo displays on the report.
Parameters
A list displays of the report parameters for which a value has been entered.
Note: Parameters can be configured to be hidden in the report header. This can create more space for the rest of the report.
Main Report
The results of the report display for each location, with a bar chart and a table.
Bar Chart
The bar chart displays one bar for expected total tonnes and one bar for extracted tonnes, for each mine source.
Table
The table displays the following columns.
Column |
Description |
---|---|
Mine Source |
The name of the mine source. |
Product |
The current product of the mine source. |
Opening Date |
The opening date of the mine source. |
Expected Total |
The expected total quantity (in tonnes) of the mine source. |
Extracted |
The number of tonnes extracted from the mine source. |
Balance |
The difference between the expected and extracted tonnes. |
<Analytes> |
The remaining columns are the analytes within the selected analyte group, up to a maximum of five analytes. If the mine source contains the analyte, the analyte value displays, rounded to the number of places specified in the analyte definition. If the mine source does not contain the analyte, a value of zero displays. |
Total Row
The Total row displays the total expected, extracted and balance tonnage for the mine sources, and the weighted average value for each analyte. Any mine source analytes with a value of zero are not included in the weighted average calculation.
