Product Quality Report

The Product Quality report compares product specifications with a summary of sample values across a date range.

The report definition is stored in the ProductQuality.xml file.

Parameters

The Product Quality report contains the following default parameters:

Products

Sample Templates

The drop-down list displays the sample templates on all bulk material process flows.

Analytes

Limits the report to sample data for the selected analyte specifications.

Select from specifications for analytes associated with the selected products. For each analyte, the available specifications are:

  • Minimum
  • Maximum
  • Target
  • Range (from lower warning to upper warning)

Note: Only one specification per analyte should be selected.

Report View

The Product Quality report has four sections:

  1. Logo
  2. Header Information
  3. Qualities Table
  4. Footer

The logo is retrieved from the organisation or company specified as the Logo Organisation for the BTLogo data table in the report configuration.

If no Logo Organisation is selected, the logo is retrieved from the organisation or company with an Alias2 of 'SITE'. If no such organisation or company exists, or if the organisation or company with Alias2 of 'SITE' does not contain a logo, the Datamine logo displays on the report.

Header Information

The report header includes the report title and the values that were selected for the report parameters.

Qualities Table

The rows in the qualities table are grouped by product and then by sample template.

The table displays the following columns.

Column

Description

Analyte

The display name of the analyte.

Specification

The specification value of the analyte, as defined for the product. (Min = minimum; Max = maximum, Typ = typical/target; two values = the range from lower to upper warning). Only one specification per analyte displays in the report.

Target

The target specification value of the analyte, as defined for the product.

Number of Readings

The number of samples with a reading for the analyte within the date range of the report.

Difference from Target

The difference between the average value and the target value, as a percentage of the target value.

Average

The average sample value of the analyte across the date range of the report.

Maximum

The maximum sample value of the analyte across the date range of the report.

Minimum

The minimum sample value of the analyte across the date range of the report.

The footer displays on every page. The footer includes the report run date and time, the version, the page number, and the total number of pages.
