Statement of Facts Report

The Statement of Facts report summarises the events, hours worked, public holidays, delays and bulk transactions of a shipment at the loading location.

The report definition is stored in the StatementOfFacts.xml file.

Parameters

The Statement of Facts report contains the following default parameters:

Report View

The Statement of Facts report has ten sections:

The logo is retrieved from the organisation or company specified as the Logo Organisation for the BTLogo data table in the report configuration.

If no Logo Organisation is selected, the logo is retrieved from the organisation or company with an Alias2 of 'SITE'. If no such organisation or company exists, or if the organisation or company with Alias2 of 'SITE' does not contain a logo, the Datamine logo displays on the report.

Address Block

The address block displays the legal name, registration number, full business address, telephone and extension of the company associated with the despatch order on the shipment.

For a sales contract, this company is the seller. For a purchase contract, this company is the buyer.

If the shipment does not have a despatch order, the address block is blank.

Header Information

The report header includes the report title, the loading location in the shipment's route, the name of the vessel assigned to the shipment, and the assigned loading berth of the shipment.

Events

The events section displays the events listed on the Itinerary > Events tab of the Shipment screen. Only events associated with the loading location in the shipment route and that have a start date display.

The date format is the long date format specified in the MineMarket user preferences.

Column

Description

Event

The name of the event on the Itinerary > Events tab of the Shipment screen. If the event has a comment, the comment displays after the event name.

Start Time

The start time of the event.

Start Date

The start date of the event.

Hours Worked

The hours worked section summarises the time between the Actual Start Loading event and the Actual End Loading event.

Public Holidays

The public holidays section lists work exclusion days that are in the calendar associated with the loading process flow, and that are between the Vessel NOR Tendered date and the Actual End Loading date.

Delays

The delays section displays the delays listed on the Itinerary > Delays tab of the Shipment screen. Only delays associated with the loading location in the shipment route display.

Cargo Details

The cargo details section displays the following columns, with a total row for the quantities.

Product

The name of the movement product of the loading transaction.

Metric Tonnes

The mass of the loading transaction, in metric tonnes.

Long Tons

The mass of the loading transaction, in long tons.

Signature Block

The signature block includes space for the signature of a representative of the company.

The footer displays on every page. The footer includes the report run date and time, the version, the page number, and the total number of pages.
