Stockpile Transaction Summary Report

The Stockpile Transaction Summary report displays an aggregation of transactional data for a list of stockpiles at a given location, along with various stockpile balances, such as opening, closing, ins and outs.

The report definition is stored in the StockpileTransactionSummary.xml file.

Parameters

The Stockpile Transaction Summary report contains the following default parameters:

The drop-down list displays all locations that are within the selected areas and that have a transaction between the selected start and end dates.

A maximum of 10 columns can be displayed in the report. If an analyte has content data available, the content is also displayed. (This means that the analyte will use two columns in the report.)

Report View

The Stockpile Transaction Summary report is made up of three sections:

  1. Logo
  2. Parameters
  3. Main Report

The logo is retrieved from the organisation or company specified as the Logo Organisation for the BTLogo data table in the report configuration.

If no Logo Organisation is selected, the logo is retrieved from the organisation or company with an Alias2 of 'SITE'. If no such organisation or company exists, or if the organisation or company with Alias2 of 'SITE' does not contain a logo, the Datamine logo displays on the report.

Parameters

A list displays of the report parameters for which a value has been entered.

Note: Parameters can be configured to be hidden in the report header. This can create more space for the rest of the report.

Main Report

The results of the report display for the selected locations, with a row displayed for each stockpile and product combination.

Table

The table displays the following columns.

Stockpile

The name of the stockpile.

Product

The name of the stockpile’s product at the end date.

Opening

The stockpile’s opening balance (in metric tonnes) at the start date.

In

The total mass (in metric tonnes) of all transactions coming into the stockpile between the start and end dates.

Out

The total mass (in metric tonnes) of all transactions going out of the stockpile between the start and end dates.

Adjusted

The total mass (in metric tonnes) of all surveys applied to the stockpile between the start and end dates.

Closing

The stockpile’s closing balance (in metric tonnes) at the end date.

<Analytes>, <Analyte Content>

The remaining columns are the analytes (and analyte content if applicable) in the selected analyte group, up to a maximum of 10 columns.

If the stockpile contains the analyte, the analyte value displays, rounded to the number of places specified in the analyte definition.

If the analyte is configured to show the content basis, this displays in a separate column per analyte. The analyte content is in the configured mass unit of measure for that analyte.

If the stockpile does not contain the analyte, the report table cells are empty.

Total Row

The Total row displays the total movements for each location, and the totals for the content of each analyte.
