The Train Despatch Summary report displays trains within a specified date range, with their loaded and unloaded quantities, and (optionally) the data for a selected analyte group.

The report definition is stored in the TrainDespatchSummary.xml file.

Parameters

The Train Despatch Summary report contains the following default parameters:

Analyte Group	Single-select list	N	The analyte group to report on. A maximum of 5 analytes can be displayed in the report.
Train Routes	Multi-select list	N	Limits the report to selected train routes. The drop-down list displays only the routes applicable to train despatches within the selected date range.
Transport Operators	Multi-select list	N	Limits the report to selected transport operators for trains. The drop-down list displays only the transport operators applicable to train despatches within the selected date range.
Products	Multi-select list	N	Limits the report to selected products. The drop-down list displays only the movement products applicable to train unloading transactions within the selected date range.
Trains	Multi-select list	N	Limits the report to selected train despatches. The drop-down list displays only the train despatches within the selected date range.

Report View

The Train Despatch Summary report is made up of three sections:

1. Logo
2. Parameters
3. Main Report

Logo

The logo is retrieved from the organisation or company specified as the Logo Organisation for the BTLogo data table in the report configuration.

If no Logo Organisation is selected, the logo is retrieved from the organisation or company with an Alias2 of 'SITE'. If no such organisation or company exists, or if the organisation or company with Alias2 of 'SITE' does not contain a logo, the Datamine logo displays on the report.

Parameters

A list displays of the report parameters for which a value has been entered.

Note: Parameters can be configured to be hidden in the report header. This can create more space for the rest of the report.

Main Report

The results of the report display for the selected date range, with a row displayed for each train rake.

Main Table

The main table displays the following columns.

Column	Description
Train Name	The name of the train despatch.
Route	The route applicable to the train despatch.
Loading Date, <Event Type>	The date and time of the specified loading event type for the train despatch.
Loaded	The total mass (in metric tonnes) of all unloading transactions for the train despatch.
Unloading Date, <Event Type>	The date and time of the specified unloading event type for the train despatch.
Unloaded	The total mass (in metric tonnes) of all unloading transactions for the train despatch.
<Analytes>, <Analyte Content>	The remaining columns are the analytes within the selected analyte group, up to a maximum of 5 analytes. If the product unloaded from the train contains the analyte, the analyte value displays, rounded to the number of places specified in the analyte definition. If the product unloaded from the train does not contain the analyte, a value of zero displays. If the analyte is configured to show the content basis, this displays in a separate column per analyte. The analyte content is in the configured mass unit of measure for that analyte.

Total Row

The Total row displays the total unloaded tonnage, the weighted average value for each analyte, and the totals of the analyte contents, if applicable.
