Contract Delivery Billboard

The Contract Delivery billboard displays basic shipment and quantity information about despatch orders for selected contracts.

The billboard is designed to work best with despatch orders that are associated with a single shipment. One row per despatch order displays. By default, the billboard data is grouped by contract. A summary row aggregates the quantities.

The billboard definition is stored in the ContractDelivery.xml file.

Parameters

The Contract Delivery billboard contains the following default parameters:

Start Date	Date/time picker	Y	Limits the despatch orders in the billboard (where the planned despatch date >= this value).
End Date	Date/time picker	Y	Limits the despatch orders in the billboard (where the planned despatch date <= this value).
Contracts	Multi-select list	Y	Limits the despatch orders in the billboard to the selected sales or purchase contracts.

Billboard Columns

The billboard displays the following columns.

Column	Description
Contract	The name of the sales or purchase contract.
Quota	The name of the contract quota, if applicable.
Despatch Order	The name of the despatch order.
B/L Date	The bill of lading date of the despatch order.
Shipment	The name of the shipment.
Product	The product of the despatch order.
Final Quantity	The final (wet) quantity of the despatch order.
Required Quantity	The required quantity of the despatch order.
Vessel	The name of the vessel assigned to the shipment.
