Create a Billboard

Security Note: You need the Allow billboard maintenance security right in the Billboards domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Select the Reporting panel in the Solution Explorer.
2. Expand the Billboard Categories node.
3. Right-click a billboard category and select New » Billboard from the menu.

   The Billboard (configuration) displays.

4. Update the name of the billboard node if required.
5. Click Save.
6. Specify billboard parameters.
7. Use a SQL query, an external DLL or a script to return data to display in the billboard.
8. Use a SQL query, an external DLL or a script to format the billboard data.
9. Use labels and select the columns of data to display.
