Label a Billboard

You can label your billboard with a:

• Description that displays as a tool tip on the billboard node in the Solution Explorer
• Heading that displays in the grouping area above the billboard data
• Caption that displays in a row above the billboard data

Security Note: You need the Allow billboard maintenance security right in the Billboards domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Billboard (configuration).
2. Select the Configuration tab.
3. Enter a Description if required.
4. Enter a heading as the Group Text if required.
5. To display a caption:
   1. Check Allow Caption Row.
   2. Enter the Caption Text.
6. Select whether to Allow Auto Count. See View Billboard Counts for information about this functionality.
7. Click Save.
