Product Delivery Schedule Billboard

The Product Delivery Schedule billboard displays information about shipments and their despatch orders. This information includes loading and unloading locations and dates, despatch order quantities, demurrage rates, laycan dates, and related freight contracts.

The billboard is designed to work best with despatch orders that are associated with a single shipment that has a freight service charge. One row per despatch order displays. The billboard data may be grouped; for example, by delivery month.

The billboard definition is stored in the ProductDeliverySchedule.xml file.

Parameters

The Product Delivery Schedule billboard contains the following default parameters:

Start Date	Date/time picker	Y	Limits the despatch orders in the billboard (where the planned despatch date >= this value).
End Date	Date/time picker	Y	Limits the despatch orders in the billboard (where the planned despatch date <= this value).
Contracts	Multi-select list	Y	Limits the despatch orders in the billboard to the selected sales or purchase contracts.
Quantity UOM	Single-select list	N	Unit of measure to which to convert despatch order quantities. The summary row only displays a total quantity if the UOM is the same for all despatch orders.

Billboard Columns

The billboard displays the following columns.

Column	Description
Delivery Month	Month in which the estimated time of arrival at the unloading port occurs.
Shipment	The name of the shipment.
Despatch Order	The name of the despatch order.
Vessel	The name of the vessel assigned to the shipment.
Contract Product	The product of the despatch order.
Loading Port	The loading location from the route of the shipment.
ETA Loading	The estimated time of arrival at the loading port.
ETD Loading	The estimated time of departure at the loading port.
Unloading Port	The unloading location from the route of the shipment.
ETA Unloading	The estimated time of arrival at the unloading port.
ATA Unloading	The actual time of arrival at the loading port.
Quantity	The final quantity of the despatch order if the despatch has been loaded; otherwise, the required quantity of the despatch order.
Quantity UOM	Unit of measure of the despatch order quantity.
Loading State	The state of the shipment; for example, empty, loaded or unloaded.
Loading Demurrage Rate	The value of the loading port demurrage/despatch associated with the despatch order.
Demurrage Rate UOM	Currency of the demurrage rate.
Laycan	The date range of the of the last laycan on the shipment.
Freight Organisation	The organisation providing the freight indicated in the freight service charge on the shipment.
Freight Contract	The name of the freight contract that the freight service charge on the shipment is based on.
Customer	The name of the organisation that is the buyer if the despatch order is for a sales contract, or the seller if the despatch order is for a purchase contract.
Contract	The name of the sales or purchase contract.
Shipping Agent	The name of the organisation that is the berthing shipping agent at the loading port.
