Product Supply Plan Billboard
The Product Supply Plan billboard displays basic shipment and quantity information in separate monthly columns within a selected date range.
The billboard is designed to work best with despatch orders that are associated with a single shipment. One row per despatch order displays. A summary row aggregates the quantities.
The billboard definition is stored in the ProductSupplyPlan.xml file.
Parameters
The Product Supply Plan billboard contains the following default parameters:

Billboard Columns
The billboard displays the following columns.

The name of the purchase contract. |
Quota |
The name of the contract quota, if applicable. |
Organisation |
The name of the seller of the purchase contract. |
Product |
The name of the despatch order product. |
Despatch Order |
The name of the despatch order. |
Laycan Start |
The start date of the last laycan on the shipment at the loading port. |
Laycan End |
The end date of the last laycan on the shipment at the loading port. |
Loading Port |
The name of the loading port. |
Vessel |
The name of the vessel assigned to the shipment. |
Month |
One column for each month in the specified date range. Each column displays the quantities associated with the shipments, based on their unloading dates. Actual dates and quantities are used if available; otherwise the required quantity of the despatch order displays in the planned unloading month. |
