Quality Verification Billboard
The Quality Verification billboard displays whether the sample results on a shipment for analytes in the despatch order specification comply with the specifications in the sales or purchase contract and a linked contract.
The billboard is designed to work with shipment despatches that have one or more sales or purchase despatch orders. The billboard only displays data for a single selected despatch order. The despatch order is created in the source contract. The source contract's product has a single linked contract The analytes and conditions displayed depend on the specifications in the despatch order.
The billboard definition is stored in the QualityVerification.xml file.

Billboard Columns
The billboard displays the following columns.

Analyte Name |
The name of the analyte. The analytes included are those listed in the despatch order specification. |

Basis |
The analyte measurement basis, as specified in the Analyte Definition Editor. |

Condition |
The analyte's unit of measure and whether the verification row is for the maximum or minimum value in the despatch order specification. Whether a maximum or minimum row displays (or both) for each analyte, depends on whether the maximum and minimum values are entered for the analyte in the despatch order specification. |

Source Contract Rejection Limit |
The minimum or maximum value for the analyte in the despatch order specification. |

Linked Contract Rejection Limit |
The minimum or maximum value for the analyte in the linked despatch order specification. Blank if the analyte value is in the despatch order specification, but not in the linked despatch order specification. |

Linked Contract Target Value |
The target value for the analyte in the linked despatch order specification. Blank if the analyte value is in the despatch order specification, but not in the linked despatch order specification. |

The analyte value from the shipment samples. |

Whether the as received value complies with the source contract specification. Possible values are Pass, Fail or not applicable (NA), with red highlighting on failed rows. |
