Standard Billboards and Billboard Charts
The standard billboards included in MineMarket may be used as is, or may be used as samples for customised billboards. Contact your Datamine representative for assistance with customised billboards.
The following standard billboards are included in MineMarket:
- Contract Delivery—Displays basic shipment and quantity information about despatch orders for selected contracts.
- Monthly Shipment Plan—Displays information about shipments and their despatch orders. This information includes laycan dates, freight service charge and demurrage rates, and despatch order quantities.
- Price Series—Displays prices from selected price series within a selected date range.
- Product Delivery Schedule—Displays information about shipments and their despatch orders. This information includes loading and unloading locations and dates, despatch order quantities, demurrage rates, laycan dates, and related freight contracts.
- Product Supply Plan—Displays basic shipment and quantity information in separate monthly columns within a selected date range.
- Quality Verification—Displays whether the sample results on a shipment for analytes in the despatch order specification comply with the specifications in the sales or purchase contract and a linked contract.
- Stockpile Balance—Displays stockpile balances over time for selected stockpiles and locations in a chart format. If minimum, target and maximum quantities are specified for the stockpiles, these values can also be displayed on the chart.
These reports are included in a DLL named MineMarketStandardBillboards.dll.
The XML billboard definitions are in the Billboards folder of a client or complete MineMarket installation.
To install and use a standard billboard:
- Ensure that the MineMarketStandardBillboards.dll file is in the MineMarket Client installation folder.
- Import the standard billboard into a billboard category.
- Configure the billboard parameters if required.
- Preview the billboard to create the required columns in the MineMarket database.
- Click Save.
- Run the billboard.
