Map User Groups for Centric Integration

Use this activity to map user groups between MineMarket and Centric.

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to maintain Centric Analytics integration security right in the Centric Analytics Integration user group security rights group for this activity.

1. Open the Analytics Connection for the Centric integration.
2. Select the connection for the Centric integration with MineMarket in the Connections table.
3. To map user groups:
   1. Select the User Groups tab.
   2. Right-click in the User Groups table and select Map User Groups from the menu.

      The Analytics User Group Mapping Editor displays.

      The Data Tables grid displays the following information for all available MineMarket user groups:

      • User Group—The MineMarket user group defined on the Supply Chain panel of the Solution Explorer.
      • Remote Name—The mapped user group name in Centric. Automatically generated during mapping and always prefixed with MM-. Names can be edited but must be unique (case-insensitive).
      • Status—Synchronisation status between MineMarket and Centric.
   3. Check the Selected box for each user group to map. You can select multiple user groups. Selected user groups display the Sync Pending status and selected fields are highlighted in blue.
   4. Click Synchronise.

      A message displays when the synchronisation finishes. User groups that failed to synchronise display an Error status and error message and the affected fields are highlighted in red.

   5. Click OK.
   6. Click Close.

      The Analytics User Group Mapping Editor closes.

      Mapped user groups display in the User Groups table in alphabetical order by user group name.

4. To delete a user group mapping:
   1. Right-click in the User Groups table and select Map User Groups from the menu.

      The Analytics User Group Mapping Editor displays.

   2. Uncheck the Selected box for the mapped group(s) to be deleted.
   3. Click Synchronise.

      A message displays when the synchronisation finishes.

   4. Click OK.
   5. Click Close.

      The Analytics User Group Mapping Editor closes.

5. Click Save.
