Configure Form Tabs for a User Group
Some screens in MineMarket have many tabs, especially the despatch screens. For a particular user group, the following screens can have certain tabs hidden from view, and those that are on view reordered:
- Despatch Order
- Service Trip
- Shipment
- Stockyard
- Train
- Truck Despatch
- Any invoice screen; for example, Sales Invoice, Freight Invoice and Credit Note.
Train templates, truck despatch templates, service trip templates and shipment templates can override these settings and define their own tab configuration, such that any despatch created from them inherits the tab configuration of the template.
At least one tab must be visible for each screen.
Security Note: You need the Allow user maintenance security right in the Security user group security rights group for this activity.
Activity Steps
- Open the User Group.
- Select the Form Tab Configuration tab.
- To hide an individual tab, check Is Hidden for the specific tab. Highlighted tabs cannot be hidden.
- To display an individual tab, uncheck Is Hidden for the specific tab.
- To hide all possible tabs for a tab control, right-click the form area and select Hide All Tabs For Tab Control from the menu.
- To display all possible tabs for a tab control, right-click the form area and select Show All Tabs For Tab Control from the menu.
- To hide all possible tabs for a screen, right-click the form area and select Hide All Tabs For Form from the menu.
- To display all possible tabs for a screen, right-click the form area and select Show All Tabs For Form from the menu.
- To reorder the tab display in the screen, right-click a tab and select Move Tab Up or Move Tab Down from the menu as required.
- Click Save.
