Domain Security Rights - Organisations
Note: The following security rights only apply to objects in the domain(s) to which the user group is assigned. See Domains. Sometimes a combination of security rights is required for an activity. If in doubt, check the security note in the activity. Status Definitions may also limit which objects are selectable or editable.
Allow company maintenance
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, rename and delete company categories; to create, rename and delete companies; and to create, rename and delete districts display.
- Users can edit any Company or District.
Allow organisation maintenance
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, rename and delete organisation categories; to create, rename and delete organisations; and to create, rename and delete organisation roles display.
- Users can edit the header details and data on the Details, Contacts, Profile, Ownership, Banking Details, Documents, Tax Info, Default Payment Terms or Default Accounting Groups tabs of any Organisation.
Allow the user to maintain bank accounts
If assigned, users can create, edit and delete bank accounts on the Banking Details tab of any Organisation, Company or District.
Allow the user to merge organisations
If assigned, users can access the Merge Organisations screen.
