Domain Security Rights - Planning

Note: The following security rights only apply to objects in the domain(s) to which the user group is assigned. See Domains. Sometimes a combination of security rights is required for an activity. If in doubt, check the security note in the activity. Status Definitions may also limit which objects are selectable or editable.

Allow planned movement modifications

If assigned:

  • The Planned Movements context menu option displays in the Solution Explorer for any stock location, despatch location, process flow and packing process flow.
  • Users can edit the planned production and planned demand values of any Plan.

Allow planning maintenance

If assigned:

  • The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, rename and delete plan categories; and to create, branch, rename, and delete production and demand plans display.
  • Users can edit the configuration and data for any Plan.
  • The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, rename and delete mine plan categories; and to create, rename, and delete mine plans display.
  • Users can edit any Mine Plan.

Allow Supply and Demand Plan Configuration

If assigned:

  • The Planning Analyte Colours icon displays on the Inventory ribbon tab, enabling access to the Analyte Colour Editor.
  • Users can create, edit and delete analyte colours for supply and demand plans.
  • The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, rename, reorder and delete supply and demand plan categories; and to create, rename, reorder and delete supply and demand plans display.
  • Users can edit any data on a SD Plan Configuration screen.

Allow Supply and Demand Plan Execution

If assigned, users can view, edit and export data from an SD Plan. If unassigned, users can view and export data.

Allow Supply and Demand Plan Lock

If assigned:

  • The Solution Explorer context menu option to copy supply and demand plans displays.
  • Users can check Lock Plan on any SD Plan.

Allow Supply and Demand Shipment Modification

If assigned, users can:

  • Create, import, update and delete scheduled shipments on the Scheduled Shipments tab of any SD Plan.
  • Edit which columns to display on the Scheduled Shipments tab.

Allow Supply and Demand Plan Unlock

If assigned, users can uncheck Lock Plan on any SD Plan.
