Domain Security Rights - Shipments
Note: The following security rights only apply to objects in the domain(s) to which the user group is assigned. See Domains. Sometimes a combination of security rights is required for an activity. If in doubt, check the security note in the activity. In addition, consider whether any User Group Security Rights - Menu control access to a required screen. Status Definitions may also limit which objects are selectable or editable.
Allow shipment draft surveys
If assigned, users can create, edit and delete drafts and surveys on the Drafts, Draft Surveys and DU Draft Surveys tab of any Shipment.
Allow shipment laycan modifications
If assigned:
- The Shipment Laycans tab displays on the Shipment Explorer.
- Users can specify, accept, reject and delete laycans for any Service Trip or Shipment.
Allow shipment loading/unloading
If assigned, users can:
- Create, edit and delete bulk transactions on the Loading and Unloading tabs of any Shipment.
- Create, edit and delete discrete unit movements on the Package Loading and Package Unloading tabs.
- Edit products on the Product Reclassification tab.
Allow shipment maintenance
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu option to open the Shipment Transport Events screen displays.
- Users can edit the header fields of any Shipment.
- Users can enter, edit and delete data on the Events tab.
- Users can create, edit and delete plans on the Planned Loading and Planned Unloading tabs.
- Users can create, edit and delete drafts and surveys on the Drafts, Opening Surveys, Draft Surveys and DU Draft Surveys tabs.
- Users can create, edit and delete sample data on the Certificate, Lot Samples, DU Lot Samples, Composite Samples and Package Samples tabs.
- Users can create, edit and delete split quantities on the Fulfilments tab.
- Users can create, edit and delete delays and related incidents on the Delays tab.
- Users can create, edit and delete costs and service charges on the Service Charges tab.
- Users can create, edit and delete status transitions on the Status History tab.
- Users can delete shipments.
Allow shipment route plan modifications
If assigned, users can:
- Add and edit routes for any Shipment if Allow Route Change is checked on the related Shipment Template; or for any shipment that is not created from a shipment template.
- Enter, edit and delete route times and a surveyor on the Route Plan tab.
Allow shipment template maintenance
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, rename and delete shipment template groups; and to create, duplicate, rename and delete shipment templates display.
- Users can edit any Shipment Template.
Allow shipment template modification
If assigned, users can edit the Shipment Template field on any Shipment if Allow Template Modification is checked on the related Shipment Template.
Allow the user to change the vessel after shipment loading
If assigned, users can change the vessel assigned to a Shipment that has loading or unloading plans, opening surveys, bulk transactions, discrete unit movements, certificates or delays.
Allow the user to delete despatch orders on shipments
If assigned, users can remove despatch orders on the Despatch Orders tab of any Shipment.
Allow the user to maintain berth occupancy records
If assigned, users can add, edit and delete records on the Berth Occupancy tab of any Shipment.
Allow the user to maintain despatch orders on shipments
If assigned, users can:
- Create, add, edit and remove despatch orders on the Despatch Orders tab of any Shipment.
- Edit the specifications of despatch orders on shipments.
- Create, edit and delete status transitions of despatch orders on shipments.
- Create blends for despatch orders on shipments.
Allow vessel authorisation on shipments
If assigned:
- The Vessel Nominations tab displays on the Shipment Explorer.
- Users can specify, accept, reject and delete vessel nominations on the Conditions tab of any Shipment.
