User Group Security Rights - Payments

Note: Sometimes a combination of security rights is required for an activity. If in doubt, check the security note in the activity. In addition, consider whether any User Group Security Rights - Menu control access to a required screen. Status Definitions may also limit which objects are selectable or editable.

Allow payment journal maintenance

If assigned:

  • The Journals tab displays on any Installment Payment.
  • Users can create, recreate and reverse journals for payments.

Allow refund journal maintenance

If assigned:

  • The Journals tab displays on any Refund.
  • Users can create, recreate and reverse journals for refunds.

Allow the user to approve payments

If assigned, users can check Locked on any unlocked Installment Payment.

Allow the user to approve refunds

If assigned, users can check Locked on any unlocked Refund.

Allow the user to edit the Allocation Date on payments

If assigned, users can edit the Allocation Date for any invoice instalment on the Invoice Installments tab of any Installment Payment.
