Specify Information Services Settings

The MineMarket Information Services are a set of external services that enable access to MineMarket data via Open Data Protocol (OData).

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to maintain Information Services settings security right in the Options user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Options screen.
2. Select the Server Settings tab.
3. Select whether to Enable Data Mart so that the MineMarket Data Mart Service can send information about MineMarket data changes to a message queue. The message queue is used by the MineMarket Data Mart Agent to update the MineMarket Data Mart database.

   Even if checked, the MineMarket Data Mart Service and MineMarket Data Mart Agent must be running to update the MineMarket Data Mart database.

   If unchecked, even if the MineMarket Data Mart Service and MineMarket Data Mart Agent are running, the MineMarket Data Mart database is not updated.

   Note: If the data mart is re-enabled after a period of being disabled, it may take some time for the MineMarket Data Mart database to be brought up to date.

   Default: Unchecked.

4. Click Close.
5. Click Save.
