Specify Planning Server Settings

These settings affect Production and Demand Planning.

Security Note: You need the Allow server engine settings security right in the Options user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Planning Options screen.
2. Complete the following fields.
   • Allow Future Plans Rollup—Whether plans that have a start date that is in the future are included in plan roll-ups. If using Planned Customer Delivery functionality, set this option to True. Default: False.
   • Next Run Time—Next time plan roll-ups are scheduled to run, or null to never run.
   • Rollup Errors Before Notification—Number of errors that can occur before the client is notified.
   • Rollup Frequency—Frequency of plan roll-ups. Select from Shift, Day or Week.
   • Rollups Enabled—Whether aggregate planning information is rolled up and displayed.
   • Wait Time—Period of time after the end of the shift, day or week before the roll-up should start.
3. If Rollup Frequency is Shift, select the Shift Definition from the shift definitions defined on the Supply Chain panel of the Solution Explorer.
4. Click OK.
