Database Login

The Database Login screen displays if Crystal Reports cannot find the applicable invoice XSD file for an invoice report. This database login screen is displayed by Crystal Reports and not by MineMarket. The Server Name in this screen is the name of the invoice XSD.

No combination of Login ID and Password will work on this screen. There are two possible solutions:

1. Request that the invoice XSD file in use at your customer site be modified to use a file path that you can access.
2. If the file path has been hard-coded, recreate that file path on your client machine and store the invoice XSD file in that location.
