Enable Macros in Microsoft Excel

Important: Administrator privileges are required to complete this activity. Enabling macros can compromise your system security by allowing potentially dangerous code to run.

Activity Steps

1. Open Microsoft Excel with a blank workbook.
2. Click FILE.
3. Select Options.

   The Excel Options screen displays.

4. Select Trust Center from the main menu.
5. Click the Trust Center Settings button.

   The Trust Center screen displays.

6. Select Macro Settings from the main menu.
7. Select the Enable all macros option.
8. To add a trusted location:
   1. Select Trusted Locations from the main menu.

      The Microsoft Office Trusted Location screen displays.

   2. Click Add new location.
   3. Navigate to and select the MineMarket installation folder.
   4. Select Subfolders of this location are also trusted.
   5. Click OK.

      The Microsoft Office Trusted Location screen closes.

9. Click OK.

   The Trust Center screen closes.

10. Click OK.

    The Excel Options screen closes.
