IMS Integration Hub System Requirements
Important: System specifications and disk space requirements depend on anticipated data volumes and growth. Datamine recommends a scoping study to determine exact requirements. Testing or training environments must not be set up on the same server as the production environment, to reduce the load on the production server and isolate it from potential issues in other environments. For high-availability solutions additional hardware is required. This should be discussed with your Datamine representatives during the implementation study/budgeting phase.
The IMS Integration Hub Application Server and Database Server can be hosted on a single machine. If using this configuration, add the system requirements; for example, the recommended minimum CPU is 4 cores and memory is 8 GB RAM.
If IMS Integration Hub is being used with MineMarket, the two IMS products can be co-hosted and the system requirements of MineMarket apply.

Virtualisation
Virtualisation technology is widely used with good results for the entire suite of Intelligent Mining Solutions (IMS) products. This includes server virtualisation, application virtualisation, and cloud-based virtual environments provided by vendors such as Microsoft, VMWare, and Amazon. We take advantage of some of these technologies in our own development environments. No conflicts have been reported; however, due to the wide variety of vendors and technologies, Datamine is unable to test all virtualisation possibilities and therefore cannot offer explicit support for any of them.
