Resend Messages

You can resend messages with a Given Up state.

Activity Steps

1. Display messages in the Message Log Viewer.
2. To select multiple consecutive messages:
   1. Click the first message.
   2. Press and hold down the Shift key.
   3. Click the last message.
3. To select multiple non-consecutive messages:
   1. Click the first message.
   2. Press and hold down the Ctrl key.
   3. Click each of the other messages.
4. Right-click a single message or the selected messages and select Resend from the menu.

   The message flags reset and the IMS Integration Hub Service attempts to process the messages again.
