Specify the Publisher and Subscriber Settings

Activity Steps

1. In the Configuration Explorer, double-click the Integration node.

   The Message Poll screen displays.

2. In the Service Host Name field, enter the server name where the Windows service is installed.

   You can use the server name or IP address. Use '.' to indicate the local machine. This field uses alphanumeric characters.

3. Select the Settings tab.
4. Complete the following fields.
   • Log Successful Runs—Whether to log each attempt to send a message to a subscriber.
   • Refresh Message Log—If checked, specify a Refresh Time in seconds.
   • Delete Old Messages—If checked, specify a Maximum Message Age in days.
5. Configure Email Settings for the message poll.
6. Select the Schedule tab.

   Use the Schedule tab to enter the frequency with which messages are extracted from the IMS Integration Hub message store and passed to subscribers via their adaptors.

7. Complete the following fields.
   • Schedule Name—The name of the message poll schedule.
   • Run Once On Startup—Whether to run the message poll once when the IMS Integration Hub Service starts.
   • Run Monthly On Specific Day—If checked, specify a Day.
8. In the Days group, select the Days on which the message poll should run.
9. In the Times group, complete the following fields.
   • Run Once At
   • Run Every—If selected, the job will run at the specified interval between the Start Time and End Time.
10. In the Duration group:
    1. Select the Start Date.
    2. Select either the End Date or No End Date.
11. Click Save.
